Chef Monica’s oil was created by blind tasting. Of the many premier selections of local farmers, the winning olives came from the relatives of the Picualia Family. This oil was chosen based on colour, aroma, and its well-rounded, smooth flavour that delivers the intensity of olive oil just right. Monica loves to have it on its own with bread, to finish dishes and give most things in the kitchen a drizzle!
