“… royal blue velvet, marbled tables, and a long shiny bar. Soft. Sophisticated.” – The Infatuation

A descending wooden staircase is hugged by concrete leads you to our dining room. Warm, contemporary, and dignified. Siapo cloths and other custom artworks by Monica’s cousin Solomon line our walls. A floor to ceiling window leads its way to street level, allowing natural light to illuminate a wall of wine crates which once held some of the very best enjoyed by Monica, David and our guests.

Our menu celebrates the passion and heritage of Monica and David Galetti. Hints of the exotic subtly differentiate the menu which offers the very best of British ingredients.

The restaurant is named after Monica’s late mother Mere, pronounced ‘Mary’ in Samoan. Mere opened in 2017 and has gone on to make its mark as one of the very best restaurants in London’s dining scene.
